I bring over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and bar sector. Since 1993, I’ve had the privilege of owning and managing bars, restaurants, and microbreweries across Quebec, which has allowed me to build a vast network of industry contacts and collaborators. My greatest asset is my negotiation skills, which have consistently enabled me to secure the best opportunities and agreements. Over the years, I’ve developed strong partnerships with key players in the beverage industry, including breweries, wine producers, distributors, and spirits providers. These experiences have granted me access to major accounts, enabling me to establish exceptional agreements.

My work is guided by integrity, honesty, and respect—qualities that define who I am and the reputation I’ve built. I also co-founded Boisson Slow Cow Inc., an internationally recognized relaxation beverage company. Today, I leverage my expertise to successfully own and operate multiple establishments, continually fostering outstanding partnerships and opportunities.
