With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, I’ve developed expertise in digital marketing and SEO/SEM through advanced certifications and hands-on experience. My journey began with leadership roles in renowned establishments like La Cage Brasserie Sportive, where I gained invaluable insights into the operational and strategic challenges faced by restaurant and bar owners.

Through this experience, I saw a clear gap in the support available to these businesses—many owners struggle with balancing operations, growing their customer base, and staying competitive, often with limited resources and guidance. This inspired me to create Trececo—a smart solutions agency dedicated to transforming the way restaurants operate.

I have over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working as a cook, manager, general director, and operations director. Throughout my career, I've been involved in the opening, development, and management of over 30 restaurants and resto-bars. My expertise spans from kitchen operations to front-of-house management, as well as working with systems like Véloce, MaîtreD, Azbar, and Lightspeed.

I have developed menus, curated wine lists, trained staff both in service and in the kitchen, and managed construction projects to ensure the concept and ambiance align with the owner's vision. I also handle hiring, staff training, equipment procurement, and supplier relations. Once everything is running smoothly, I focus on instilling a strong service culture and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every level.

I’ve worked with brands such as La Cage aux Sports, Boston Pizza, and Groupe Satori. Additionally, I played a key role in the development of Jack Saloon, opening seven locations across Quebec. Most recently, I served as Director of Operations for a company managing multiple quick-service restaurant brands, gaining valuable experience in this sector.

These experiences have granted me access to major accounts, enabling me to establish exceptional agreements.

My work is guided by integrity, honesty, and respect—qualities that define who I am and the reputation I’ve built. I also co-founded Boisson Slow Cow Inc., an internationally recognized relaxation beverage company. Today, I leverage my expertise to successfully own and operate multiple establishments, continually fostering outstanding partnerships and opportunities.
